Think all moths are dull and brown? Think again! Did you know that there are over 2,500 species of moth in the UK? They come in all shapes, sizes and colours!

Join the Alva Glen Heritage Trust for a morning of nature discovery, with the chance to see some amazing moths, and also some of the cool aquatic critters found at Alva Glen!

Meet at the picnic tables beside the car park in Alva Glen, FK12 5LD

Accessible parking nearby. The event will take place at the picnic tables, which are close to the Alva Glen car park – tables are accessed from the car park via a short set of steps, or a sloping gravel path. If access to the picnic tables is difficult for any attendees, event organisers can move event materials closer to the car park for level access to facilitate participation.
