Volunteer for our Energy Team!
Are you passionate about sustainable energy? Want to help others reduce their carbon emissions? And have a few spare hours a month to learn new skills and help others?
If so, please join us as an energy team volunteer!
Across the Forth Valley and Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, communities are facing rising energy costs, cold homes and community buildings, and confusing energy systems. At FEL Scotland, we believe no one should face these challenges alone and that’s where you come in. Our volunteers play a huge role in helping us deliver our work, such as our home visits and thermal imaging services, and we’re excited to launch a brand‑new volunteer recruitment drive. By giving just a few hours a month, you can help:
- Reduce fuel poverty
- Support households and community groups
- Cut carbon emissions
- Improve comfort and wellbeing
- Strengthen local resilience
- Champion inclusive, community‑led climate action
On the 25th, 26th and 31st March, we are hosting three volunteer information sessions where you can meet our team and learn more about the roles available before deciding if you’d like to volunteer. In these 90-minute sessions, we will explain what our volunteering involves, how you can help, and what training, support and resources we can offer.
Tea, coffee and cake will be provided too.
Everyone welcome, regardless of experience. Book your place via the following links:
