Grangemouth High School Hub

Grangemouth High School began its first year as an Active Travel Hub during the 2024/25 school year. Following the template designed through our experience in Larbert High’s School Hub, the Grangemouth High Hub aims to develop accessible and sustainable travel across Falkirk. The hub engages students, staff, and parents through Active Travel taster sessions, a Healthy Minds programme, and roadshow events.

Students have the opportunity to learn new skills, improve their Active Travel confidence, and develop strong social connections. The project also enhances student employability by providing Paths for All accredited Walk Leader training and SQA bike maintenance qualifications.
